Characteristics of Adhesive

• Belong to modified epoxy resin, high initial adhesive force;
• Curing at room temperature, proper curing speed;
• High strength, good aging resistance and chemical resistance properties;
• No shrinkage after curing;
• Very strong thixotropic property, easy to apply;
• Wide proportion of preparing glue, easy to control operational time.  

Application Range

• Use with HM-120M steel jacketing adhesive, HM-120L injection crack adhesive. Used for grouting and repairing the concrete cracks and installing grouting nozzle.
• In the process of pouring and pasting steel plate construction, seal the gap.
• Concrete surface defect repair and levelling, etc.

Transportation and Storage

• Store in dry and clear store house of ambient temperature 5-25℃,should not pile up in the open air or rain, not damage the package. A,B component should be kept separate to avoid mixing. From the date of production, effective storage period is 12 months. • The crack repair adhesive belong to non-dangerous goods, transport as a general chemical building materials, should not damage the package, exposure ,or rain, not tilt or invert in transportation.

Attention Points

• Construction environment is dry and ventilated, paste surface is clean,dry and free of oil;curing ambient temperature is not less than 5℃; curing time can be adjusted according to the difference of specific uses.
• The workers should take necessary product measures,such as wearing mask, gloves, goggles, etc. Notice fire prevention and maintain good ventilation on scene.
• If accidentally swallowed or splashed into the eyes, please seek medical service at once.
